Keep your heart open despite the abuse and heartbreak life throws at you. One of the most challenging things is the keep it open. We put up so much armor around our hearts for a false sense of protection this we numb ourselves from feeling. When your heart is broken, that produces a crack and that is a delicious doorway to being vulnerable and an opportunity to swing it open. Most pile on more armor and harden at this point, god knows I did many times. Now I choose to feel again, feel it all, both good and bad. May your heart be open.
