At this stage in my life, I truly feel like I'm shedding old beliefs that no longer serve me and so I decided to try something new and paint what changing my beliefs would look like. Without painting people, places, or things. But just use colors and shapes.
 This painting captures the internal reshaping of my mind and perspective on life. Becoming more agile and flexible mentally and emotionally is something that takes practice. This piece assisted in that process and I'm hoping that comes through and can assist you as well.
